The Covid-19 pandemic is affecting everyone differently and may have caused many changes to how you live your life, and with it, brought uncertainty, altered daily routines, financial pressures, and social isolation. This group is available for adults who are feeling overwhelmed or stressed and would like to learn mindfulness and coping skills to increase a sense of life balance, resiliency, and feelings of peace and well-being.
